Therapy Approaches

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

This therapy is a subtype of CBT and helps individuals to face their fears gradually. Over time, the brain is re-trained and responds differently to once perceived fears.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

This therapy acknowledges that thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all interconnected and helps individuals to notice and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT is a value-based therapy that focuses on accepting thoughts and feelings as opposed to pushing them away
